Ewelina's Spiced Beetroot & Orange Chutney brings together the deep, sweet earthiness of slow-cooked beetroot with the brightness of orange zest and a careful blend of warming spices, all handmade in small batches from her kitchen in Sway, in the heart of the New Forest.
This is a chutney that earns its place on any serious cheeseboard. It's particularly at home alongside creamy goat's cheese, sharp cheddar or a slice of pâté, but equally good tucked into a sandwich with cold ham or roasted vegetables. The subtle heat from the spicing lifts the whole thing, making each jar feel genuinely special.
