Cancellation Policy
Statutory “Distance Selling” Rights
- You may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery.
- Refund includes product and delivery charges (including surcharges).
Conditions
- Notify us in writing: info@newforesthampercompany.com or post.
- Goods must be unused and unopened.
- Customer/recipient must take reasonable care until collection.
- Carrier will collect during daytime on working days within 21 days of notice.
- Refund issued on receipt.
Exceptions
- No refunds for:
- Fresh food gifts
- Personalised/branded goods
- Shelf Life Expired items – unless they are pre-despatch date
- Bespoke hampers
- Damaged goods unless photographic evidence has been supplied upon receipt of order
- Empty boxes/baskets considered case-by-case.
Return Costs
- We arrange collection; no customer reimbursement.
