Refund policy

1. Refund Exceptions

    • Refunds are not available for:

      1. Fresh food gifts (cheese, meat, cream, etc.)

      2. Personalised or branded goods

      3. Goods past their Best Before or Use By dates

      4. Bespoke hampers

    • Once we receive your written order, we purchase components, making cancellation impossible.

    • Returns of empty boxes and baskets are considered on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Damaged or Defective Hampers

    • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt:

    • Options: replacement or full refund

    • Replacement may be of equal or higher value if original hamper is unavailable

    • Collection and delivery of replacement is free

    • If assessed as not defective, collection costs may be deducted from refund (equal to original delivery + any applicable surcharges)

  2. Delivery Delays

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

      • Adverse weather

      • Incorrect/incomplete addresses

      • Other circumstances beyond our control

  3. Missing Hampers

    • Jan–Oct: claims within 14 days of expected delivery

    • Nov–Dec (Christmas): claims by 16th January

    • Claims after these deadlines may not be refunded or replaced

  4. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

    • Refunds are not available for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses

    • Returned items can be re-sent at standard delivery charges
