What hamper and product options do you offer?
We offer three ways to shop:
- Build Your Own Hamper: Create something truly personal by hand-picking their (or your!) favourite local food, drink and gifts from our curated selection. Choose your basket size, fill it with your chosen products, add a gift message and leave the rest to us.. Click here to build your own.
- "Ready To Go" Hampers: Beautifully curated hampers that are ready to gift, with everything chosen and wrapped for you. Simply add your chosen hamper to your basket along with a tag/card for us to write your personalised message and choose your delivery option. Click here to browse our ready-to-go hampers.
- Shop Individual Products: You don't have to have a hamper! Shop individual products - add them to your basket and check out. We'll send your selection of goodies, safely boxed up. Click here to browse our individual product range..
What makes your hampers special?
Every product in our hampers is sourced from independent, award-winning local suppliers across Hampshire, Dorset and the New Forest. We're proud supporters of our local food and drink community and that shows in every hamper we send.
We're also multi-award winners ourselves, recognised for our quality and commitment to local producers and fellow small businesses.
Can I build my own hamper?
Yes - and it's one of our favourite things to do! You can build your own hamper
both online and in our Sway shop.
Online, simply choose your basket size, then browse and add your chosen products. In store, you can hand-pick each item,
taste samples and get hands-on help from our team - it's a very special experience..
Do you offer gift messages?
Yes! You can add a personalised gift message to any hamper for a small additional cost - a gift tag is £1.50 or a greetings card designed by a local artist is £3.
You'll find this option during the checkout process - simply type your message and we'll include a handwritten tag or card with your hamper to add that truly personal touch.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. When building your own hamper or selecting individual products, you can filter (using the filter button on the left hand side), browse and select products that suit specific dietary needs.
Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten or dairy intolerances - and all products include full ingredient and allergen information on their labels.
Our 'Ready to Go' hampers are also labelled to identify their suitability for dietary requirements.
If you have a specific allergy concern or are unsure whether a product is suitable, please don't hesitate to contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to advise.
What if an item in a Ready-to-Go hamper is out of stock?
If an item in a ready-to-go hamper becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a
similar or higher-value product at no extra cost to you.
We'll always let you know where possible and we'll never downgrade the quality or value of your hamper.
Can I see your full range of products?
Absolutely - you can shop our full range of local products, artisan gifts, food and drink
in our online shop, or browse everything in person at our Sway store.
From artisan chocolate and hand-made chutneys to local wines, gins and ales, candles and skincare, there's something for everyone..

What can I expect when I visit the shop?
Our shop is a lovely, welcoming space to browse at your leisure. You'll find our full range of local products, artisan food and drink, hampers and thoughtful gifts. Our
friendly and experienced team is always on hand to help you choose and provide you with information about the wide range we offer.
You can also hand-pick your own hamper in store, choosing every item yourself and
watching it come together. It's a really lovely experience, especially if you're buying for someone special or taking someone to treat them.
Can I collect an online order from your shop?
Yes local collection from our Sway shop is available as an option at checkout.
It's a great choice if you're local and you would like to see your hamper before it goes, or if you'd prefer not to pay for delivery.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across England, Scotland and Wales. Please note some areas of Scotland and outlying islands do incur additional charges - please check with us if you'd like to have a quote for a specific postcode before you place an order. This also applies to Northern Ireland too.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or other offshore islands. We are also unable to deliver to any overseas countries due to the food & drink nature of the products.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Everything is sent out on a Next Day Fully Tracked service, unless otherwise specified - some remote areas may take additional time.
- Up to 2kg - £5.95
- Up to 5kg - £8.95
- 5 to 15kg - £9.95
- 15kg+ - £1.25 for each additional kg
You'll see the full delivery cost clearly before you complete your purchase - there are no hidden surprises.
There is no additional charge for Saturday delivery.
We work with APC (Acclaim Logistics Ltd) who provide an excellent, fully tracked service. All tracking information is sent at the point of despatch from our building.
How quickly will my hamper arrive?
All orders are sent on a Next Day Fully Tracked courier service. Simply place your order before 2pm and your order will be despatched the next day for delivery the
following working day, including Saturdays at no extra charge.
For example, order before 2pm on a Monday - our order will be picked, packed and sent out on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
We do not deliver on a Sunday.
Will I be able to track my delivery?
Yes, all orders are sent on a Fully Tracked service. You'll receive tracking information by email or text once your order has been despatched, so you can follow its journey right to its destination.
What happens if nobody is home when the hamper arrives?
We work with APC (Acclaim Logistics) to deliver your orders safely.
Before delivery, you and your recipient will receive notifications from the courier directly via email/text. There will be options to designate a safe place or choose an alternative delivery slot - we would encourage recipients to respond to these notifications so everything goes smoothly.
If the delivery can't be completed and no safe place has been specified, the
order will be returned to the local depot and another delivery attempt will be
made the following working day. This policy is in place to protect your gift -
hampers are valuable items and we don't want them left unattended on a
doorstep.
If you're sending a hamper as a surprise gift and want to make sure it arrives
safely, we'd highly recommend giving us the recipient's phone number at checkout so the courier can reach them directly.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes - you can specify it during your checkout.
We'll do our very best to accommodate specific delivery dates at peak times of the year, e.g., Christmas but due to large volumes of orders, occasionally there can be delays. We will always advise you if this is the case and work with you to ensure safe delivery.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes. We're proud of our commitment to the environment. All of our packaging is
recyclable or compostable, from the wood wool dressing inside the hampers to
the outer protective packaging. We never compromise on presentation, but we
always keep sustainability front of mind.
Corporate & Large Orders
Do you offer corporate hampers?
Yes, corporate gifting is a big part of what we do and we love it.
Whether you're thanking loyal clients, rewarding your team, or marking a special milestone, we create bespoke, award-winning hampers that make a genuine impression - while proudly supporting local, independent producers.
What goes into a corporate hamper?
Once we understand your brief - who the hampers are for, the occasion, your budget and any specific preferences, we'll then put together personalised suggestions, including visual mock-ups, for you to choose from. Popular options include:
- Cheese, charcuterie and wine hampers
- Sweet treats and afternoon tea selections
- Pamper and wellbeing hampers
- A curated selection of the
finest local Hampshire & Dorset producers there are
We can also work with you to include branded merchandise or company materials where required.
Can you brand the hampers with our company logo?
Yes, we can incorporate branded elements into your corporate hampers. This might
include branded ribbon, tissue paper, a printed insert card, or other company
materials.

How will the corporate hampers be packaged?
Every corporate hamper is packed with the same care and attention as our retail
orders - beautifully presented in a steamed willow basket or premium gift box,
dressed with wood wool and wrapped in our signature eco-friendly packaging, reflective of the area we live and work in.
Your recipients will know they're receiving something genuinely special, while you as a corporate client will have supported a range of small, local businesses.
What's the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order. We have fulfilled everything from a single corporate hamper to orders of thousands. No job is too small, and we've yet to find one that's too
big. Just tell us what you need and we'll make it work.
How far in advance should we order?
We are set up to be extremely agile and responsive to corporate requests - however the more lead time, the better, especially for large orders or if you would like to include branded materials.
For standard corporate orders we recommend getting in touch at least a week in advance. For Christmas or peak season orders, earlier is always better.
We also offer a Corporate Tasting experience which enables our clients to visit us and taste various products to aid with selections. We're all about building long-term relationships with our clients - the tastings are a wonderful way to get to know each other and provide you with the perfect finished hamper gift.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes we can deliver to individual recipient addresses nationwide, or to a single
central address if you prefer to distribute in-house.
Just let us know your requirements when you enquire and we'll factor this into your proposal.
