Where is your shop located?
The Estate Office, Station Road, Sway, Hampshire, SO41 6AA.
Right in the heart of the New Forest, opposite the local butcher.
What can I expect in the shop?
A welcoming space to browse individual products, taste samples, and design your own hamper in person.
Opening hours:
- Monday: 10 am – 3 pm
- Tuesday – Friday: 10 am – 4 pm
- Saturday: 9 am – 4 pm

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK, including England, Scotland, and Wales.
How is delivery handled?
All pre-made hampers include fully tracked, signed-for next-day courier service.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, our packaging is recyclable or compostable, without compromising on presentation.

Do you offer corporate hampers?

What do you put in a corporate hamper?
Once we’ve discussed who and what occasion your corporate hampers are for, we’ll put the best-suited suggestions together for you to choose from. Whether it’s a cheese and wine hamper, sweet treats and cream teas, or simply a selection of the finest local produce. We can also work with you to include branded merchandise.
How will the corporate hampers be packaged?
We are passionate about our green ethos and sustainable packaging. We use recyclable and compostable wrapping to ensure we are doing our best for the environment while maintaining the high-end, luxury hamper look and feel.
How quickly can you deliver my hamper order?
The size of your order will play a part in delivery times. We’ll work with you to ensure your order is delivered within the timescale needed. If you have a large order and want to include your own branded items, we ask you get in touch as soon as possible so we can ensure your hampers are with you in time.
