Fordingbridge Fudge is made by husband and wife team Mike and Jackie Offord in Fordingbridge, the northern gateway to the New Forest and proud holders of the New Forest Marque and Hampshire Fare accreditation.
This grown-up flavour takes the classic melt-in-the-mouth fudge base, made with Guernsey milk and butter from Mitchems Farm less than a mile away and folds through plump rum-soaked raisins for a warm, boozy depth that makes it a perfect treat for the adults in the room.
A wonderful addition to a Christmas hamper or a sophisticated gift for anyone with a sweet tooth and a taste for something a little different.
