A Hampshire rosé that has already turned heads on the international stage. B58 Winery's Beaulieu Rosé is grown and produced near Beaulieu in the heart of the New Forest, the fruit of an extraordinary collaboration between Sandy Booth, an innovative Hampshire fruit farmer who applied his expertise in protected tunnel growing to viticulture and Guillaume Lagger, a Swiss oenologist whose low-intervention winemaking philosophy coaxes the very best from every grape.
The result is a wine of real freshness and character. Vibrant notes of ripe soft fruits and a hint of citrus zest are framed by a subtle, lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish that makes this rosé as easy to love on a summer afternoon as it is alongside a platter of charcuterie or fresh seafood.
Awarded Silver at the Wine GB Wessex Awards 2024 - a remarkable achievement for a winery so recently launched and a clear signal that B58 is producing something genuinely special in the New Forest.
