B58 Winery's flagship - bold, complex and beautifully made. The B58 Red is Sandy Booth's most ambitious wine: a four-variety assemblage of Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cab Jura (29/29/29/13%), grown near Beaulieu in the New Forest using the innovative protected tunnel system that sets B58 apart from any other English producer.
Working with Swiss oenologist Guillaume Lagger, whose low-intervention philosophy allows each variety to speak clearly, Sandy has created a red wine of genuine depth and character. Rich aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and plum are lifted by a hint of spice and oak; on the palate, velvety tannins and a touch of nuttiness create a balanced, rounded finish that lingers with warmth and sophistication.
The accolades have followed swiftly: Silver at the Wine GB Wessex Awards in both 2024 and 2025, Bronze at the IWSC 2025 and Bronze at the IEWA 2025. For a winery only recently launched, this is a quite extraordinary record.

Every gift box and hamper is delivered in protective, recycled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Hampers are made to order by our dedicated team, and we ask customers to confirm a preferred delivery date.
