Verde is Two & One's early-harvest olive oil, collected when their Picual olives are still at their greenest — before ripeness sets in, and before the flavour softens. The result is a strikingly vivid oil: fresh, spicy and clean, with a grassy herbaceousness and a lively, peppery finish that sets it apart from everything else on the shelf.
Because Verde olives are harvested before they have fully matured, each bottle requires significantly more fruit to produce. Supply is intentionally limited and it consistently sells out. The 250ml bottle is the perfect gift size — meaningful, distinctive and a genuine discovery for anyone who cares about olive oil.
Two & One is the Hampshire-based story of Lola, whose family has grown olives in southern Spain for five generations, and Ben, who introduced his passion for quality to the harvest. Every gift box and hamper is delivered in protective, recycled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Hampers are made to order by our dedicated team, and we ask customers to confirm a preferred delivery date.
While we make every effort to deliver on your requested date, delivery dates are not guaranteed, as we rely on our external courier partners. We will always provide full tracking information so customers and recipients can monitor delivery and designate safe places or reschedule if needed.
