Negra is the traditional olive harvest — collected in December when the Picual olives are fully ripe, deeply purple and laden with juice — and it produces the olive oil that Two & One fans return to again and again. Smooth, creamy and deeply savoury, with a rich olive character and gentle hints of nuts and warming spice, it is the versatile all-rounder that earns its place in every kitchen.
Two & One Olive Oil is the story of two cultures and one extraordinary oil. When Lola — from a family with five generations of olive growing heritage in southern Spain — moved to Hampshire after marrying Ben, her family's grove and their tradition of producing exceptional extra virgin olive oil came with her. Together, Ben and Lola harvest the same family-grown Picual olives in Spain that Lola grew up with, combining Spanish heritage and British passion into one remarkable product.
The single-varietal Picual olive is prized for its exceptional levels of polyphenols and antioxidants — among the highest of any olive variety. The 500ml bottle is ideal as a kitchen staple: use Negra for salads, sautéing, pan-frying, or even baking a beautifully tender sponge.

Every gift box and hamper is delivered in protective, recycled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Hampers are made to order by our dedicated team, and we ask customers to confirm a preferred delivery date.
