Negra is Two & One's traditional December harvest — collected when the Picual olives are fully ripe, deeply purple and laden with juice — and it is arguably their most loved: smooth, creamy and deeply savoury, with a rich, warm olive character and gentle hints of nuts and spice.
This 250ml bottle is the ideal size for gifting or for discovering the Two & One story for the first time. Negra earns its place in any kitchen: delicate enough for salad dressings and dipping, excellent for sautéing and pan-frying, and even wonderful in baking. The all-rounder that never disappoints.
Two & One is the story of Lola — from a family with five generations of olive growing heritage in southern Spain — and Ben, her Hampshire-based husband who brought his British passion to the harvest. Together they produce three distinct extra virgin olive oils from a single family-grown Picual grove in southern Spain, rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, and based in Alresford, Hampshire.

Every gift box and hamper is delivered in protective, recycled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Hampers are made to order by our dedicated team, and we ask customers to confirm a preferred delivery date.
While we make every effort to deliver on your requested date, delivery dates are not guaranteed, as we rely on our external courier partners. We will always provide full tracking information so customers and recipients can monitor delivery and designate safe places or reschedule if needed.
