Two & One Envero Extra Virgin Olive Oil 20ml
Many people's favourite — and it's easy to see why. Envero is Two & One's mid-season harvest, collected in early November when their Picual olives are just beginning to transition from green to pink and purple. It's the moment that delivers the most complexity: bright, fresh and fragrant, with notes of ripe tomato, white blossom and a lift of citrus. Sunshine, as Two & One put it, in a bottle.
The 20ml size is perfectly suited to hamper gifting: a beautiful introduction to the Envero harvest, generous enough to savour and elegant enough to give. Use it as a finishing oil over grilled fish, roasted vegetables, warm salads or fresh bread — anywhere you want flavour to really sing.
Two & One is the Hampshire-based story of Lola, whose family has grown olives in southern Spain for five generations, and Ben, who brought British passion to the harvest. Single-varietal Picual, high in polyphenols and antioxidants, produced in three distinct harvests throughout the season.

Every gift box and hamper is delivered in protective, recycled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Hampers are made to order by our dedicated team, and we ask customers to confirm a preferred delivery date.
While we make every effort to deliver on your requested date, delivery dates are not guaranteed, as we rely on our external courier partners. We will always provide full tracking information so customers and recipients can monitor delivery and designate safe places or reschedule if needed.
