Two & One Envero Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250ml
The one that wins people over. Envero is harvested at the perfect in-between moment — early November, when Two & One's Picual olives are beginning to shift from green to pink and purple — delivering an olive oil that is both beautifully fresh and surprisingly complex. Notes of ripe tomato, blossom and citrus make this oil as characterful to smell as it is to taste: “uniquely olivey”, as Two & One describe it, and a favourite among their growing circle of fans.
The 250ml bottle is a lovely gift or an introduction to the Envero harvest at a kitchen-friendly scale. Equally at home drizzled over grilled fish, roasted vegetables or a simple summer salad as it is at a dinner party where flavour matters.
Two & One was born from the union of Lola's five-generation Spanish olive-growing family and Ben's British enthusiasm, based in Alresford, Hampshire. Their single-varietal Picual oils are produced with care at three stages of the harvest — each one a distinct expression of the same family grove.

DELIVERY
Every gift box and hamper is delivered in protective, recycled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Hampers are made to order by our dedicated team, and we ask customers to confirm a preferred delivery date.
While we make every effort to deliver on your requested date, delivery dates are not guaranteed, as we rely on our external courier partners. We will always provide full tracking information so customers and recipients can monitor delivery and designate safe places or reschedule if needed.
