Pale golden in colour, this classically made sparkling wine opens with fresh orchard fruit, red apple and a delicate hint of raspberry, underpinned by fine, persistent bubbles and a crisp, clean finish. Made using traditional méthode champenoise techniques from grapes grown on the chalk-rich soils of their Hampshire estate, it carries the elegance and precision that has earned Hattingley Valley its extraordinary international reputation.
