Formed during Lockdown, Ewelina channelled her passion for food and nature into creating a range of homemade chutneys, relishes, jams and marmalades. Using locally sourced ingredients, she’s since gone on to create a wide range of delicious, award-winning flavours. Many of them are also suitable for vegetarians, vegans and those on a dairy-free diet.
“We focus on quality, so wherever possible our preserves are made from produce from local farmers. We only use the freshest, highlight quality ingredients alongside our traditional methods to prepare wholesome preserves.”
