Negra is the traditional December harvest — collected when Two & One's family-grown Picual olives are fully ripe, deeply purple and at peak juiciness — and it produces the smooth, creamy, crowd-pleasing oil that has made Two & One so beloved.
Rich with deep olive flavour and gentle hints of nuts and warm spice, Negra is the versatile all-rounder: delicate enough to dress a salad, excellent for sautéing and pan-frying, and good enough to enjoy straight from the bottle with warm bread. Two & One is the meeting of Lola's five-generation Spanish olive-growing heritage and Ben's British passion, based in Alresford, Hampshire. Single-varietal Picual, high in polyphenols and antioxidants. Three harvests, three extraordinary oils.

DELIVERY
Every gift box and hamper is delivered in protective, recycled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Hampers are made to order by our dedicated team, and we ask customers to confirm a preferred delivery date.
While we make every effort to deliver on your requested date, delivery dates are not guaranteed, as we rely on our external courier partners. We will always provide full tracking information so customers and recipients can monitor delivery and designate safe places or reschedule if needed.
