Established in 2012 and operating from Fordingbridge, the Northern gateway to the New Forest, husband and wife team Mike and Jackie Offord have been producing their incredible home made traditional fudge. Sourcing milk and butter from Mitchems Farm, whose herd of Guernsey cows graze less than a mile from the Fordingbridge Fudge HQ which helps create the moreish melt in the mouth texture that everyone loves.
