Gold Medal Winners..

Brook Hill is an award-winning family-run vineyard in the heart of the New Forest, making a range of still and sparkling wines from their own hand-picked grapes.  

This local vineyard picked up gold medal at the WineGB Wessex awards in December 2023 for their delicious, fruity red wine, "The Forest Red" which we are delighted to stock.

Ian and Amanda Brown, owners of Brook Hill Vineyard in Bramshaw, took the accolade for their Forest red.  A blend of pinot noir and dornfelder, Forest Red ‘22 is fruity and full-bodied, aged for eight months in oak barrels and finished in stainless steel.

Ian says: “It is not unusual to produce an English red wine, but it is perhaps unusual to make a drinkable one. We are really pleased with this, though, and have had great feedback.”
