The system automatically calculates the size of your hamper basket/giftbox based on dimensions and weight of the total items added.  

Courier costs start from £12.95 for a Fully Tracked & Signed For delivery service via DPD. In line with the requirements of our contract with DPD, all fragile items need to be wrapped individually and therefore the courier cost includes all safe transit packaging, double-walled cardboard box and additional recyclable packaging around the hamper itself within the box.

This courier price is not included in the cost of the bespoke hampers and always quoted as an additional sum within your basket.

Contact-free delivery
The driver will leave the parcel at the entrance, ring the bell and wait for the recipient to take the parcel then take a photo of the parcel with open door and/or feet in the image.  No faces are ever included in photos.

Local Delivery
All SO41 and BH23 postcodes will automatically qualify for our reduced Local Delivery charge.  These hampers will be delivered by one of our team and not via courier - simply let us know a preferred timeframe in the Comments section and we will do our best to accommodate.  We are sorry but our team are not permitted to enter any residential premises unless by prior written approval from the client/recipient - otherwise they will leave the gift hamper on the doorstep/sill for the recipient to pick up.

Contactless Collections
It is possible to collect your hamper(s) from our office in Sway, SO41 6AE.  Please select from the drop-down menu at the end when completing your order and choose your preferred date, or email us separately to confirm your date and time.  We continue to operate a strict policy in line with COVID workplace guidelines of no entry to our building to keep our team safe.  We will bring your hamper(s) to you at the door upon your arrival.  Thank you for your understanding and respect of our policies.
