DIETARY & ALLERGENS POLICY

Allergens are stated on each individual product description and food intolerances listed on any curated Gift Hamper description within the Gift Collection pre-made hampers. Our customers ordering the hampers are responsible for ensuring any recipient's allergen/dietary requirements are accommodated as our team will have no knowledge of any intolerances unless notified. If a recipient does have any allergen/dietary requirements and we are advised of them at the time of ordering either via email, telephone or in the Comments section we will undertake to check all products ordered and confirm in writing if they are suitable or not.

The 14 allergens currently listed on the U.K. Food Standards Agency are: celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if they are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
