Rosary Goats Cheese began in Landford, on the edge of the New Forest in 1988 and has since developed into a fully established dairy. Their cheese is a creamy and fresh goats' cheese with a natural acidity and a mousse-like texture - absolutely delicious!
Rosary is a young soft goats cheese made from pasteurised goats milk and packaged in a protective atmosphere to increase its shelf-life
It's a versatile cheese that is also suitable for vegetarians.
