Isle of Wight Cheese Company
The aim for the Isle of Wight Cheese Company was to create a variety of small scale handmade cheeses for the island.
Shortly afterwards they set up in 2006, they started winning awards, and in November 2017 they completed on the purchase of Queen Bower Dairy after the dairy farmer retired.
Their cows moved up to one of our other suppliers, Briddlesford Farm in November 2019 to be milked. They now collect the milk two or three times a week to make the cheeses.
Their original IOW Blue pasteurised cheese is naturally rinded and soft blue veined.
